The Virtual Assistant team
Joining our Virtual Assistant team means becoming part of a group dedicated to delivering an intelligent and personalized virtual assistant that enhances customer interactions. Our goal is to boost call deflection and generate additional digital revenue through innovative tools powered by AI and machine learning. You will help create seamless user experiences that not only resolve issues quickly but also reduce the load on live support agents.
Key responsibilities
As a senior software engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure applications using modern technologies.
